Who am I?

Hi there, after 22 years in recruitment I am lucky enough to be working for an International Executive Search business which I love. I've always been very keen to help people, not just to find their next position, but to advise, coach and shed some light on what I know is a tough process for many people; not entirely helped by a fast moving, confusing and sometimes not wholly ethical industry.
I'm fortunate enough to have some spare time and I have decided to offer my advice and guidance, Pro Bono, in the hope that it can help give people some clarity during their job search.
